Accommodating Meals with Chef Bryon Figueroa
Hosting a party or celebrating a holiday can make for an eclectic group of eaters. In this class we will prepare meals and side dishes to accommodate health nuts, food allergies, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free palates. We will work with a variety of fresh produce including but not limited to beets, lemongrass, ginger and fennel. We also work with protein packed quinoa and make a risotto that will keep your guests coming back for more. We are all sure to leave better cooks than when we came.
Risotto/ Risotto cakes, Quinoa & artichoke salad/ Quinoa & kale stuffed peppers, Spanakopita
Ginger & Sweet Potato Bisque, Roasted Vegetable Salad, Crab Summer Roll with Lemongrass dipping sauce.
All classes are approximately four hours and hands-on. Class includes the enjoyment of your preparations paired with our wines during class.
Bring an apron and a favorite knife.
